This website and the digital corporate secretarial portal are operated by Dot Infinity Sdn Bhd (Co. Reg. No. 202401005034 (1550884-V)), trading as Company in Malaysia, with its registered headquarters at A-6-1, Tower A, Menara Atlas, Bangsar Trade Centre, Jalan 4/83A, Off Jalan Pantai Baharu, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our website visitors, clients, and corporate directors under the rules of the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.
2. What Personal Data We Collect
To perform statutory Sdn Bhd registrations, company secretarial filings, and digital KYC validation, we collect the following datasets:
- Identity & Biometric Information: Full name, MyKad (for Malaysians) or Passport (for foreigners), biological entry stamp records, and selfie photographs for CTOS e-KYC facial matches.
- Contact Details: Residential address, work email address, telephone numbers, and billing coordinates.
- Corporate Records: Proposed company name, shareholding ratios, director designations, business descriptions, and digital e-signatures (SigningCloud PKI records).
3. How We Process Your Data
Your personal data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:
- Verifying director identity through digital e-KYC (CTOS integration).
- Compiling official SSM board resolutions, constitutions, and Superforms.
- Filing statutory documents with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) via MyCoID.
- Facilitating business bank account pre-clearance with local bank partners.
4. Data Sharing & Storage Security
All user documents, passport scans, and biometric records are encrypted both in transit (using TLS 1.3) and at rest (using AES-256) inside our secure cloud database hosted in Kuala Lumpur (region `asia-southeast3`). We share data only with licensed company secretaries, banking partners (upon your explicit authorization), and regulatory bodies like the SSM or LHDN as mandated by the Companies Act 2016. We do not sell your personal data.
