1. Operator and Entity Information

This Service Delivery Policy is issued by Dot Infinity Sdn Bhd (Co. Reg. No. 202401005034 (1550884-V)), the legal operator of the digital client onboarding portal, payment gateway integrations, and company secretarial systems on this website. Terms apply to all transactions processed through our sandboxed or production payment processors (e.g. Xendit or corporate FPX checkouts).

2. Service Delivery Timelines (SLAs)

Our digital incorporation and compliance filing pipelines operate within the following target timelines:

• SSM Name Search / Reservation: 1 to 2 business hours (subject to the availability of the Companies Commission of Malaysia SSM MyCoID system).
• Digital Board Resolutions & Superform Compilation: Under 4 business hours from successful data input.
• Digital E-Signatures (SigningCloud PKI Link Generation): Generated instantly upon compilation, sent directly to director/shareholder vaults.
• SSM Incorporation Lodgement: Submitted within 24 hours of successful e-KYC validation and signature collection.
• SSM Notice of Registration Receipt: 1 to 3 working days (fully dependent on SSM registrar approval speed).

3. SSM System Downtime & External Delays

Lodgement timelines are dependent on government agency portal availability. Dot Infinity Sdn Bhd is not liable for service delivery delays caused by SSM system downtime, MyCoID portal maintenance, or regulatory queries (e.g., rejection or query of proposed company name by SSM). Clients will be notified immediately of any regulatory holds or query notices via the dashboard console.

4. Digital Document Retrieval

Once statutory filings are completed, all official receipts, company constitutions, Section 14 Superforms, and Section 15 Registration Certificates are uploaded instantly to the client's secure dashboard vault. No physical paper delivery is conducted as standard to maintain maximum environmental compliance. Copies can be downloaded as PDF files containing encrypted digital seals.
